Refund & Replacement Policy
At Gifteez, every product is specially crafted just for you. We take pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted customized wooden cutouts that reflect your stories and identity. As all our products are made-to-order and personalized based on your submitted inputs (names, photos, quotes, etc.), we do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a genuine issue with your order that falls within the criteria mentioned below.
🟡 Replacement Eligibility
We offer free replacements only in the following cases:

The product is damaged or broken during delivery.
The item must be visibly broken or non-functional when unboxed. -
You received the wrong product.
For example: You ordered “ABC” name cutout but received “XYZ” or a different design entirely. -
The customization is incorrect from what was confirmed.
If we made an error (e.g., misspelled name, wrong quote, wrong design), we will replace it. -
The product received is not as per website description or your confirmed specification.
If you feel the delivered item differs significantly from the product images, size, or features mentioned, you must report it to our support team within 24 hours of delivery. After review, our team will decide the next steps. -
You must report the issue within 36 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a replacement. Beyond this period, we may not be able to assist due to the perishable/custom nature of the order.
📦 Steps to Claim a Replacement
To request a replacement, please follow these steps strictly:

Attach a complete unboxing video starting from the unopened package to the point where the product is fully visible.

Share clear photos of the damaged, incorrect, or defective product.

Mention your Order ID and a brief description of the issue.
🧾 Note: Unboxing video is mandatory for any claims. Without this, we will be unable to verify courier-related damages or discrepancies.
Once our team reviews the evidence and verifies that the issue is genuine and eligible, we will initiate a free replacement. Our support team’s decision will be final and binding in such matters.
🔁 Refund Conditions
Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:

If a replacement is not possible due to limited stock, discontinuation of a product, or logistical challenges.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
❌ Cases Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement
We will not be able to offer any replacement or refund under the following scenarios:

Incorrect personalization (e.g., name, image, date) submitted by the customer.

Low-resolution or unclear images provided for customization.

Minor differences in color, texture, size, or design due to:

Natural variations in wood grain

Late claims submitted after 36 hours of delivery.

Absence of a complete unboxing video, making verification impossible.

Damage caused by improper handling after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit service if we suspect abuse of the replacement/refund policy.

For repeat offenses or fraudulent claims, the customer may be blocked from future orders.

In case of any conflict, Gifteez management’s decision will be considered final.
